Take I-64/40 east. Exit on Big Bend Boulevard. Turn right and continue to Madosky Chiropractic at the northwest corner of Big Bend and Alicia. |

Take I-64/40 west. Exit at Big Bend Boulevard and turn left (south) and continue to Madosky Chiropractic at the northwest corner
of Big Bend and Alicia. If coming from South St. Louis, follow the driving instructions for I-44 West. |

Exit Interstate 44 at Shrewsbury Avenue. Drive north to Big Bend. Turn right and
