
The impact of our thought
process on our overall health has been well demonstrated to be critical to our
well being. Through the use of relaxation techniques, simple meditations and
slow movement exercises like Tai Chi and yoga we can influence the impact of our
brain on our body in a positive way. I teach relaxation techniques
and simple meditation techniques to help combat everyday stresses. We also work
in conjunction with teachers of Tai Chi and yoga referring our patients to these
classes.
