Dr. Madosky is available to speak to your business, school, group and organization about health topics specific to your needs.
In Home Visits
	At times because of the degree of injury and/or advanced age traveling to the office becomes difficult.  On an as needed basis Dr Madosky will make a home visit to provide you with care. Cost for this special treatment is as follows: 1. $50.00  treatment fee for every 30 minutes or portion thereof 2. $50.00  travel fee.  If total travel time exceeds more than one hour an additional fee of $25.00 will be added   Payment for all of these services is expected at the time of treatment. Payment options include cash or personal check. Credit card will be accepted if arrangements are made in advance. Please be advised that health insurance policies including Medicare may not cover any portion of the charges for these services.
